To schedule a dental appointment, please call or text YST Clinic's Health Navigation Specialist at 918.701.0897. Please include your name, date of birth, whether or not you are in pain and what exactly you are needing to be seen for. You will then be placed on a waitlist and contacted when it is time for your dental exam.

Please include your name, date of birth, and if you are needing glasses or have them already. You will then be placed on a waitlist and contacted when it is time for your vision appointment.
Medications are typically delivered to YST. This can take anywhere from 24-48 hours. There are unique instances when the doctor prefers for prescriptions to be picked up the same day and given to the client. It is important that if you know you have a prescription that the doctor has ordered to please provide your name and phone number and an YST Health Navigation staff can deliver your prescription to you.
