Are the OU Clinic visits free?

Yes, if you are involved in any of the programs of Youth Services of Tulsa, you can access the OU medical clinic for free.

Do i need insurance?

No, you do not need insurance to access the Youth Services clinic but if you do not have insurance we can take that as well.

Do you help with Dental and Vision Services?

Yes, we can assist with connecting people to dental and vision services for free.

When/How can I schedule a dental appointment?

To schedule a dental appointment, please call or text YST Clinic's Health Navigation Specialist at 918.701.0897. Please include your name, date of birth, whether or not you are in pain and what exactly you are needing to be seen for. You will then be placed on a waitlist and contacted when it is time for your dental exam.

When/How can I schedule a vision appointment?

To schedule a vision appointment, please call or text YST Clinic's Health Navigation Specialist at 918-701-0897. Please include your name, date of birth, and if you are needing glasses or have them already. You will then be placed on a waitlist and contacted when it is time for your vision appointment.

What if I get a prescription through the YST clinic, does it cost me money?

Through Youth Services, prescriptions are free for the client.

Can I get help getting my prescriptions refilled?

If you have previous refills from a doctor from the Youth Services clinic, they can be refilled for free, and if need be, delivered to you by one of our Youth Services health Navigation Specialists.

When will I receive my medications?

Medications are typically delivered to YST. This can take anywhere from 24-48 hours. There are unique instances when the doctor prefers for prescriptions to be picked up the same day and given to the client. It is important that if you know you have a prescription that the doctor has ordered to please provide your name and phone number and an YST Health Navigation staff can deliver your prescription to you.

When I access the YST clinic, will the visit be private?

Absolutely! The clinic and doctors at YST take confidentiality very seriously. You will be protected by HIPAA. “This stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, a US law designed to provide privacy standards to protect patients' medical records and other health information provided to health plans, doctors, hospitals and other health care providers.”

What if I don’t have a transportation?

If you do not have a ride to your clinic appointment, you can connect with one of our Youth Services Health Navigation Specialists and they can assist you in figuring out a transportation option at no cost.
